Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from receiving the candles without giving any reason.

To cancel your order, please email info@onergy.life, indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
Refunds

We will issue a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
Conditions for Returns
To successfully return candles:

Items must have been purchased within the last 14 days.

Candles must be completely unused, unlit, clean, and free of any scents or signs of use.

Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all labels and accessories included.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the shipping receipt must be provided.
Candles That Cannot Be Returned

Candles that have been lit or clearly used.

Candles that have been unpacked and lost their original commercial appearance (e.g., damaged packaging, removed labels, scratches, stains).

Candles stored in unsuitable conditions (e.g., melted due to heat, exposed to moisture).

Candles made to custom order (e.g., custom colors, fragrances, engravings).
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if the candles do not meet the above conditions.
Return Procedure

The buyer bears the risk and cost of return shipping, unless the candles are defective or were delivered in error.

The Seller is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping, therefore we recommend using a reliable courier and packing the candles carefully.
Gifts

If you are returning a gift, the value will be refunded as a gift credit. Once the returned candle is received, a gift credit certificate will be sent by email.
